Palladian Doorway
This beautiful Palladian doorway is believed to have been made for a local Carlisle bank. It was salvaged when the bank building was razed and reused in what was the Line Jewelry business just off the square for many years.
I restored the doorway for the new owners of the building removing many layers of paint, replacing 'new' panes of glass with old ones, recreating missing moldings and repainting.
